Are your products safe and certified for newborns and infants?
Yes. All our materials are non-toxic, BPA-free, and lead-free. Our fabrics are hypoallergenic and undergo rigorous safety testing to comply with international infant safety standards.
At what age is the baby infant pillow recommended for use?
Our infant pillow is designed to support head and neck alignment during supervised resting, tummy time, stroller rides, or diaper changes. Following standard pediatric safe-sleep guidance, loose pillows should never be placed in a crib for unattended sleep with babies under 12 months.
Is the white noise machine safe for continuous overnight use?
Yes. It features adjustable volume controls and an optional auto-off timer (30, 60, or 90 minutes). For infant hearing safety, we recommend keeping the volume below 50 dB and placing the machine at least 6 to 7 feet (2 meters) away from the crib.
Can the plushie toy and pillow cover be machine-washed?
Yes. The baby infant pillow comes with a removable, machine-washable organic cotton cover. The plushie toy is gentle-cycle machine-washable in a mesh laundry bag. For plushies with internal sound or battery modules, always remove the electronic core before washing.
How does the white noise machine charge, and how long does the battery last?
The machine recharges via an included USB-C cable. A full charge takes approximately 2.5 hours and delivers up to 12 to 15 hours of continuous runtime, making it ideal for both nursery use and travel.

Do you have payment plan options?
